The Broadmoor has brought history alive with the reopening of The Penrose Room.Originally opened in 1961, The Penrose earned top ratings from multiple distinguished sources during its heyday. However, the restaurant closed during the COVID pandemic. Since its return last fall, after a total makeover, the venue and its staff have provided specialties unmatched by most top restaurants.
